Customer further agrees that the we will not be liable for the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, accidents or other causes beyond our control. The vehicle may be driven by the technician for the purpose of testing at owner risk. We warranty all new parts and labor for 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever come first.
